
Dear customer, As another busy trading year draws to a close, no doubt you will be starting to plan ahead for 2020. In order that we can best support you with this planning, we have now published our 2020 discontinued list for your information.

In order that we can ensure you receive credits for returned items before the end of the year, we do please ask that you follow the below steps:
1. Official paper work must be requested and received prior to return, from the Ralawise Return Team. You can request a return through the Returns tab on the My Account section of the website, or by emailing returns.group@ralawise.com. We ask that you please submit your requirements no later than Wednesday 20th November 2019.
2. Items will need to be received back in to the Ralawise warehouse no later than Wednesday 27th November 2019.
3. Please note, discontinued items received back in our warehouse after the Wednesday 27th November 2019 may not be processed.
4. All of our standard Terms and Conditions apply and can be found in the Returns section in the 'Delivery & Payment' tab on the Ralawise homepage.
