Delivery information update (some better news!)

 

As we are all aware, there have been many challenges facing the courier systems in the UK at this busiest time of the year. We are pleased to inform you that Ralawise has been working with all its transport providers to find workarounds to these issues, thereby minimising the disruption to our customers.

 

We are pleased to advise that we are now starting to see an improvement in the levels of service, with approximately 80% of orders being delivered within the timescales expected by customers.

 

Last shipping dates for Christmas

 

The vast majority of parcels will be delivered by Christmas Eve, Saturday 24th December, if they are within the distribution system on/or before Thursday 22nd December. These dates will vary, depending on geographic location; and please note: because Christmas Eve falls on a Saturday, you will need to be present to take delivery.
