Ralawise have been advised by Trader Support Services that it is now a mandatory requirement to provide an EORI number for the importer of record into Northern Ireland.

I HAVEN’T GOT AN EORI NUMBER
If you do not have an EORI number, you will require one and you need to complete the next part of the process and register with the Trader Support Service (TSS):

WHAT WILL HAPPEN NEXT?
Ralawise will now be using your EORI number to process your orders through the GB and NI customs systems. As we are shipping INCO terms DAP, our customers will be defined as the importer of record.
For further information on what this means for you, please refer to the TSS website.
When placing an order, please expect the following:
1. Ralawise will continue to ship and deliver goods as per our current delivery service levels.
2. Where we use your EORI number for our shipment, the TSS will send to you notification of the movement of goods.
3. Once the goods have arrived in Northern Ireland, the TSS will send you a further communication to advise the additional information that may be required. Further information can be found on the TSS trader support scheme.
Please ensure you follow the process and look out for the emails.
