In light of current energy costs – which, globally, are spiralling – we have had to take the decision to increase our standard carriage charges.

 

With the rising costs of fuel, our freight partners are needing to pay much more in transportation costs, as well as paying higher fixed costs to their logistics partners. To date, Ralawise have mitigated such costs, on your behalf; but we are no longer able to continue to absorb these and therefore now advise of the increase, which will be applied on Sunday 8th May 2022.

Aside from this necessary change, you will continue to receive the utmost support and dedication from Ralawise, and we would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your continued custom and support.
