To get to your account, place your mouse over the icon in the top right of the website. This section of the website allows you to invite new users, change your personal details, view order history, manage back orders, view products on stock watch and much more…
To change your main account address, please complete the form within ‘Personal Details’. This will send an email through to our accounts team who will update your address. These changes will be made in our systems and then updated on the website.
You can now save additional delivery address. These can be added at checkout and then edited within your ‘Address Book’.

Once you have placed your order, you will receive an automated email entitled ‘Ralawise – Order Confirmation’. You can also check that your order was placed successfully by accessing your order history within the ‘My Account’ section of the website. If the order is not showing in your order history with a status of ‘Order Placed’ and you have not received the order confirmation email, please contact us on the relevant number below.
Please access the relevant page within the ‘My Account’ section of the website. This page allows you to view existing back orders and send or cancel them as required. Please note backorders are allocated on a first come first serve basis so please act quickly to secure stock.
You can access your full order history (including any orders placed on the old website) by going to 'Order history' within the ‘My Account’ section of our website and selecting the ‘Account Orders’ tab. To view orders just placed under your login on the new website select the ‘My Web Orders tab’
Stock/Due Date Enquiries @Model.HeadingType.GetDescriptionAttribute()>
You can add out of stock products to your stock watch list by selecting the icon next to a product. Go to the ‘Stock Watch’ page within ‘My Account’ and you can view the next expected delivery of date of more stock. Note that TBC means we cannot currently advise of next delivery date.
Whilst we will endeavour to be as accurate as possible, due dates are subject to change. Please monitor due dates regularly to avoid disappointment.
Go to your ‘Order History’ within the ‘My Account’ section of the website. Click into the detail of the order, tick the checkbox next to the items you wish to return and select the ‘Return Selected Items’ button.
You can view your full return on the Returns page, as well as manually add any items you may have missed. Please provide order details for your returns as well as any comments that will help to expediate the returns process. Choose your returns method and press "Submit return" to complete your returns.
You have 28 days from receiving a delivery to return a product. Please view the returns page in our website footer for full details of our returns policy.
