THE NEW STANLEY/STELLA COLLECTION HAS LANDED

Earth tones, bold colours and worn-in vintage looks comprise the hotly-anticipated Stanley/Stella new season collection.

For the fashion-forward brand, colour plays an essential role in their offering, which reflects the trends and moods of the external environment and broader market. Their bold patterns and vast colour palette are iconic – who could forget 2022’s daring Jojoba Check and Splatter designs while hues such as Dusty Mint and Hibiscus Rose reflected high-street trends?

For their spring/summer 2023 collection, Stanley/Stella has taken inspiration from reclaimed urban areas, where nature meets cityscapes, to produce colours like Swimmer Blue and Go Green. The harmonious co-existence of wild, natural areas within urban settings reflects the brand’s sustainable ethos and contemporary designs.

The collection comes in two sub-ranges: Sunset Edition and Vintage Vibes, which, through its fabrics and colours, perfectly encapsulate springtime.

WORN-IN VINTAGE LOOK

Stanley/Stella photographed their latest campaign in Europe’s most sustainable city of 2022. Zurich’s commitment to aim for zero carbon emissions parallels Stanley/Stella’s dedication to organic cotton and recycled polyester fabrics. At the same time, their choice of light, breezy colours that form Vintage Vibes’ seasonal colour palette takes inspiration from the city’s many open water swimming spaces (badis) that snake and meander past buildings and skyscrapers.
