Key Info: RalaFlex™ Flock is a heat-transfer flock film that offers a high-quality, velvety feel with a raised texture, perfect for adding a premium finish to a product. RalaFlock has excellent cut and weeding properties for both large and fine designs, and is suitable for cotton and polycotton mixtures. The product comes in a variation of colours including neon and blockout white.

Specification

RalaFlex™ Flock standard colours are a rayon flock, whilst neon colours are a polyamide flock. Apply with light to medium pressure. Peel warm. 2-second re-press recommended after peeling. Washable up to 40°C. Wash textile inside out. Suitable for dry cleaning. Do not iron. Product must be stored below 25°C.

HeatPressGuidelines: 160°C, 15 secs, 3.5 bar. 160°C, 15 secs, 3.5 bar. For all colours – Warm Peel (after 7-10 seconds). We also advise a 2 second re-press after peeling at the same temperature.
