DECORATION

Recycle.me garments can be decorated,  thanks to their partnership with SATcoL.  Regatta Professional recommend that these garments use either embroidery or DTF printing methods.  This is because both of these methods can be recycled.

When can I return my garments?
Recycle.me garments can be posted off at end of life. There is no set time scale on this, as they are designed
with durability in mind.

How many garments can I return at once?
You can recycle up to 15kg in one parcel. Maximum parcel size: 41 x 38 x 64cm. You can send as many parcels as needed. For large-scale collections over 500kg, please contact projectreclaim@satcol.org

How do I know my garment has been recycled?
Once garments have been posted and received by SATCoL, you will receive an email which will provide confirmation that your garments have been received into the recycling process.

Is this process reported as a business?
Yes, Regatta Professional will be working with SATCoL to record the number of garments received through the take-back scheme.

Can my garments be rejected?
Yes, garments can be rejected if they are heavily soiled or if garments that are not part of the Recycle.me range are sent back. Items received that fall outside the Recycle.me range will be assessed at SATCoL for suitable reuse or other recycling options.

Who can recycle?
Currently this take-back scheme can only be used
across the UK and Northern Ireland. Project Re:Claim
is the only 100% polyester recycling plant working in
textile-to-textile on a commercial scale.
