STORMTECH DECORATOR’S GUARANTEE POLICY

Exclusive to Ralawise

Purpose

This policy outlines the terms and conditions of the STORMTECH Decorator’s Guarantee, designed to support decorators in the unlikely event of product damage during the decoration process.

 

Scope

This policy applies to all STORMTECH garments and bags intended for decoration.

 

Policy

STORMTECH products are developed with high-quality materials and construction techniques to ensure they are suitable for various decoration methods. We stand behind the integrity of our products and offer the following guarantee to decorators: If a STORMTECH product is damaged by your decoration equipment during the decoration process, STORMTECH will replace the affected item free of charge.

 

Conditions

• Only one (1) item per style is covered under this guarantee.
• Damage must occur during the initial decoration attempt.
• Proof of damage may be required.
• This policy applies only to customers within the UK and EU.

Exclusions

This guarantee does not cover:

• Damage resulting from misuse or negligence.
• Replacement of multiple units from a single order.
• Claims submitted without adequate proof of damage.

• Confirmation of the decoration settings and process used.
• Order confirmation and Purchase Order Number.

STORMTECH reserves the right to inspect and assess each claim on a case-by-case basis.

This Decorator’s Guarantee is offered in addition to Stormtech's standard 5-Year Warranty on product quality and workmanship.
